gut interior,  foundation, structural,  framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. All new finishes, landscaping/hardscaping.

The challenge:

create a luxurious space for a speculative sale

Design solutions:

relocate kitchen to rear and create connection between kitchen and exterior hosting spaces; extensive use of custom built-ins; double-stacked cabinets and moldings to accentuate ceiling height.
